ATS Resume Checker is a free, no-signup tool that helps you review resume readability and common best practices. Using it means agreeing to these terms.

What this check means

ATS systems and employer settings vary. Scores and findings are guidance, not a hiring prediction, certification, or guarantee of interviews. Basic text checks have limits, including layout, spelling, and contextual skill assessment. You remain responsible for checking the report and the accuracy of your resume.

Your uploads

Upload only resumes you own or have permission to process. Upload one PDF file, no larger than 5 MiB. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information, such as Social Security numbers or financial account details. Do not upload malicious files, abuse the service, or try to bypass security or usage limits.

Availability and reports

The tool may be unavailable or unable to read a file. Democruit’s guest API usage limits apply when AI analysis is enabled. Reports remain saved in your browser until you delete them, as described in our privacy policy. Save feedback you want to keep. We may update the service or these terms as the tool develops.

Democruit is a separate service

You can choose to continue in Democruit. Its accounts, paid passes, eligibility conditions, and policies are separate. We do not automatically submit applications or promise outcomes. Review the current pricing and eligibility details before purchasing.
