This static site processes PDF text in your browser. No account or email address is required.

What we process

We read the PDF you select, its filename, and any job description you paste. Local text extraction happens in your browser using PDF.js. If Democruit analysis is enabled, you must agree before the original PDF and optional job description are sent directly to Democruit’s guest API. Democruit uses Azure AI for evidence classification and computes the scores.

Your saved reports

Your reports, filenames, extracted text, job descriptions, structured resumes, and analysis evidence are saved by ID in this browser’s local storage until you delete them or clear site data. They are available across tabs and browser restarts on this device. Visit My reports to open or delete an analysis. Browser storage may be unavailable or cleared by your browser.

Report URLs identify saved analyses but do not share their contents with another browser. This static website has no report database or upload server. Democruit’s processing, logs, backups, and AI provider retention are separate; deleting a local report does not delete their data.

Model training

Local text rules do not train models. Democruit and its AI providers have separate policies; this site does not promise a training or provider deletion guarantee.

Security checks and usage

Cloudflare Turnstile validates guest analysis requests through Democruit’s API. It may process technical information for bot protection. Democruit enforces its API usage limits; this static site does not maintain IP counters.

Optional analytics

When configured, aggregate analytics load only after you allow them. Resume text, filenames, job descriptions, findings, quoted evidence, contact details and tokens are excluded. We do not use session recording.

Using Democruit’s editor

Clicking “Fix it in Democruit” sends the structured resume, ATS analysis, optional job analysis, template, and language to Democruit’s guest handoff API. The PDF is not sent again. Democruit encrypts this transfer in Redis for one hour. The returned link opens onboarding, where you sign up or log in and complete required account consent before the resume and analyses are saved to your account. Your local report remains available so you can create another transfer after expiry. Transfer links and tokens are excluded from analytics.
